Using the Birchboy’s wild harvested Chaga powder from the Adirondack Park, maple sugar from my local sugarhouse, ground red reishi, arrowroot powder and Callebaut’s 70.5% dark cocoa, we made sure this woodland elixir was never going to be classified as a hot cocoa.
